パリで27年飲食に携わったシェフ花野敬子、バンコクでタイ料理の大使に任命された村上千砂、パティシエの早川理恵、ソムリエの鵜野裕美、そして優秀なサービススタッフとともに歩んだ10年でした。多くのお客様に育てられ支えられました。本当にありがとうございました。 It has been 10 years with chef Keiko Hanano, who has been involved in food and beverage in Paris for 27 years, Chisa Murakami, who was appointed as the ambassador of Thai cuisine in Bangkok, pastry chef Rie Hayakawa, sommelier Yumi Uno, and excellent service staff.
